FULL SERVICE
Large-scale, custom design, from concept to completion.
Intended for clients seeking partnership through all phases of the renovation process, from creation of conceptual design plans to curation and installation of decor.
Our team also provides procurement and tracking, as part of our Full Service offering, along with management of our 3rd party partner for quality control, warehousing, and delivery of goods.
Best suited for renovation projects with construction elements and new builds where we are designing three or more major spaces.
This service includes a formal presentation of floor plans, material samples, and inspiration images, as well 3D conceptual renderings of all spaces with construction elements.
Priced at a flat fee, starting at $30,000.
FLOOR PLAN & FURNISHINGS
Our Floor Plan & Furnishings service is designed to optimize the layout and functionality of your space while curating a selection of suggested furniture and decor. We begin with a meticulous analysis of your existing floor plan and then propose creative solutions to enhance traffic flow, maximize storage, and improve overall aesthetics.
With this service, we'll provide a suggested floor plan and select furnishing and decor elements that align with your design vision. Not included: access to B2B-only vendors & recommendations for tradesmen.
Recommended for client’s looking for a designer’s touch, with a self-service approach.
Priced per room, starting at $2,000.
FINAL TOUCHES
This service is for those of you looking for a sprinkling of decor to finish off an already well balanced space. Whether you’ve recently completed your home renovation, moved into a new place, or just need a refresh, this is your chance to get a designers eye on your space without fully investing into a project.
We will curate and install decor such as rugs, lamps, throw pillows, art, coffee table books, plants, table settings, pottery, and other decorative accessories. The curated items will be outlined on an itemized proposal, where the client has 24 hours to decide what they would like to keep vs return (if total is greater than deposit). A decor deposit of $1,000 per room is required, and non-refundable.
Flat Fee pricing starting at $750 per room.
COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
In the Commercial Design world, our speciality is hospitality - salons, aesthetic care, restaurants, B&Bs, etc.
We approach commercial design with a focus on the company’s specific workflow and employee needs, with customer experience and brand identity at the forefront of every design.
Priced per square foot, starting at $15 psf.
